Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, self confident Server with a warm personality for a small, upscale oyster bar.

Tu-Fr evenings only, approximately 4-9pm.

Responsibilities

- Moderate set-up
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take food and beverage orders
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure all items are served promptly
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Process payments and operate cash registers
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation

Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of fine dining service procedures, incl. wine & alcohol service
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sales skills and ability to upsell menu items

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
