$3 Hourly Tips

• Positive, welcoming, sincere - engage guests and unique individuals and valued members of our community
• Successfully retains guests at the bar for dining
• Focused on performance, productivity, and teamwork for the entirety of the shift, from start to finish
• Poise under pressure and pace
• Communicates to leadership and teammates when help/assistance is needed
• Proper drink construction technique and policy adherence
• Demonstrates pour consistency and consistent drink-handling skills
• Performs Bar top maintenance and stocking
• Work clean
• Demonstrates accurate product knowledge

• Must be eligible to work in the USA
• Bar experience preferred
• Ability to learn and understand all bar practices
• Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion
