What you'll do as : Apartment Maintenance
- Coordinate both repair and preventative maintenance
- Respond to maintenance requests
- Fix damage to apartment after tenants move out
- Documentation of all repairs
Work Experience
The preferred candidate might :
- 6 months experience in maintenance or similar role
- Experience in coordinating repair and preventative maintenance
- Experience in responding to maintenance requests
- Experience in fixing damages to apartments
- Experience in documenting repairs
