Position Type : Full-Time, Long-term

Shift Hours : Monday-Thursday, 3 : 45 pm - 1 : 45 am (No lunch deduction)

Compensation : $19 / hr Efficiency and Attendance Bonuses

Job Description :

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Plastic Machine Operators. In this role, you will work closely with a partner to operate machinery involved in the production of plastic parts.

The position entails physically pulling warm / hot plastic parts from aluminum molds and filling the molds with plastic resin.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate plastic machinery efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with a partner to ensure smooth operation of the production process.
• Physically handle warm / hot plastic parts and fill molds with plastic resin.
• Lift objects weighing between 40-50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Utilize power tools as necessary (experience preferred).
• Adhere to strict attendance policies.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work in a warm environment and maintain a faster pace.
• Comfortable with frequent lifting of objects weighing 40-50 lbs.
• Experience with power tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
