JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description

Onin Staffing is currently recruiting for a temp to hire Manufacturing Machine Operator opportunity in Louisburg with a company that manufactures products that are used in the automotive, packaging, building products, recreational and medical industries.

• 1st shift Monday-Thursday 6am-6pm
• 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 6pm-6am
• $15.00 / hour plus OT
• Friday's could be voluntary or mandatory based on production needs
• Operational function to produce manufactured goods
• Exercise good judgment on quality of product

What you'll do as : Manufacturing Machine Operator

• Knowledgeable of Metric System
• Comprehension of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
• Ability to follow directions and duties assigned by Lead Operator / Supervisor
• Operates First and Secondary Foaming Presses and all of the functions
• Cleaning of material, applying labels to describe and identify the finished goods

Work Experience

The preferred candidate might :

• Experience in operating stand alone machines
• Experience in manufacturing industry
• Experience in quality checks
• Basic mechanical ability to perform small repairs
• Computer literate
