What You'll Do :

• Innovate and Repair : Conduct, maintain, test, and repair a variety of systems including electrical / electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Troubleshoot Like a Pro : Use your expertise in electrical / electronics and mechanical principles to identify and fix equipment malfunctions.
• Support Manufacturing Excellence : Provide top-notch mechanical and electrical / electronic support across our manufacturing operations.
• Be the Go-To Fixer : Troubleshoot and repair everything from programmable controls and numerical controls to power supplies, drives, gauges, and test equipment.
• Wear Many Hats : Take on additional duties and responsibilities as needed to keep our operations running smoothly.

Work Experience

What We're Looking For :

Educational Background : A 2-year degree or certificate in electrical / electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields is preferred.

A high school diploma is a must.

• Extra Skills : Welding or mechanical work experience is a big plus.
• Experience : 3-5 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Team Player : Ability to work well with all levels of personnel, whether individually or in a team. Excellent communication skills are essential, especially when working with line operators to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
