What you would be doing: 

As the Midnight Nurse Supervisor, you will use your knowledge and experience to: set culture and provide leadership and oversight to facility personnel; to conduct assessments, planning, interventions and evaluations leading to positive outcomes; and to fulfill charge nurse assignments, if needed, in addition to supervisory responsibility. 

What your work schedule would be: 

Choose either an eight (8) or a twelve (12) hour shift with alternating weekends.

The successful candidate: 

• must have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) preferred or licensed practical nurse (LPN). Current CPR certification is desired. 

• has a minimum of two years of nursing experience in long term care, preferably with management experience.

• has a thorough understanding of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities and how to apply them in planning, problem solving and directing your team,

• brings excellent assessment, planning, organization, communication, team building and interpersonal skills with an understanding of person-centered care. 

• has the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays and off shifts.
