We are seeking a full-time Clinic Supervisor to join our busy Neurosurgery office located in SW Portland next to St. Vincent Medical Center off Barnes Road, and the secondary office location located in Providence Plaza. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.
Our busy practice receives a high volume of patient calls, and we are searching for a candidate that is a self-starter, with a positive attitude, who can work independently, and has a customer-focused work ethic. The ideal candidate has previous leadership experience and at least 2 years medical front office experience, is team-oriented and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will joining a strong leadership team and we are looking for someone who is a strong team player.
Primary duties include supervising front office staff in patient access, scheduling and registration in an ambulatory setting.
Workdays will be Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Starting pay range, based on experience, $29.23 - $39.55 per hour.Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership or supervisory role.
- Minimum 5 years of medical front office experience preferred.
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR and scheduling software
- Excellent phone skills and customer service skills
- Excellent job stability and prior work references
- Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines
- EPIC EHR experience a plus!
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Associate w/equivalent job experience considered).
