The Oregon Clinic is Hiring a Remote Hybrid/Remote Divisional Financial Analyst (Portland/Vancouver)

We are seeking an experienced, full-time Divisional Financial Analyst to join our finance team in a hybrid/remote role available to employees living in Oregon and SW Washington.
We are searching for an action-oriented critical thinker focused on problem solving, process-improvement and delivering a high level of customer service with at least 5 years prior experience in accounting or finance. Ideal candidates will be located in Oregon and SW Washington for occasional onsite meetings.
Primary job duties include supporting the Divisional Controller by providing financial services including reporting, budgeting, preparation of physician compensation calculations, and analytical analysis; reviewing financial statements for assigned divisions; assisting in the preparation of annual budgets; optimizing divisional finance spreadsheets for maximum efficiency, and other duties as assigned.
Workdays will be Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
Starting pay range, based on experience: $80,803 - $101,004 per year.Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
  • Minimum five years experience in accounting or finance required
  • Previous healthcare-related finance or accounting experience strongly preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred
  • Exceptional analytical, time management, attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Be located, or willing to relocate, to Oregon/SW Washington
