We are seeking a full time Patient Services Coordinator to join our Plastic Surgery clinic located in NE Portland. We are searching for an experienced candidate with a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and customer-focused work ethic. Responsibilities include accurately scheduling all patient surgeries in an efficient and timely manner. Work directly with the physicians and referring provider's office, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phones, updating records as needed and training new and existing front office staff, serving as the first point of contact for staff regarding workflow, policies and procedures. Our Patient Services Coordinator will also work closely with the Clinic Supervisor or Clinic Manager on providing employee evaluation input. A minimum of 3 years medical office experience is required. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent attendance, a great work ethic, and has the ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced office.

Workdays will be Monday to Friday,8:00am - 5:00pm. 40 hours a week. Starting pay range, based on experience: $23.19 - $31.38

Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of scheduling experience is required. Minimum 1 year as a TOC PSS.
• Prior experience with EMR preferred EPIC experience a plus!
• Excellent phone skills and customer service skills.
• Excellent attendance and work ethic.
• Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff, and providers.
