The Oregon Clinic is Hiring a Polysomnographic Technologist - Day shift (NE Portland) Near Portland, OR

We are seeking a full-time, day shift Polysomnographic Technologist to join our Pulmonary clinic located in NE Portland. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.

Our busy practice receives a high volume of patient appointments and calls, and we are searching for an experienced candidate with a friendly demeanor, great positive attitude, and customer-focused work ethic. 

Primary duties include patient set up and education of Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) therapy; (PAP) mask fittings; remote monitoring of PAP usage; patient follow up to ensure therapy requirements are being met; PAP equipment troubleshooting. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sleep/durable medical equipment.

Workdays will be Monday-Friday day-shift and no weekends or holiday. Starting pay range, based on experience: $29.05 - $39.31 per hour.

Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of an accredited educational program leading to an Associate’s Degree
    with an emphasis in polysomnography; or successful completion of an accredited program or
    equivalent experience and certification by the BRPT.
  • Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire. ACLS may be required by specialty.
  • Durable medical equipment experience required.
  • Knowledge of basic information technology and computer applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to interact effectively and professionally with patients, visitors, and all staff members.
