The Oregon Clinic is Hiring a Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst (NE Portland) Near Portland, OR

We are seeking an experienced, full-timeRevenue Cycle Operations Analystto join our billing office located in NE Portland, near the Lloyd Center area. Remote work may be an option after training is complete and competency has been demonstrated.Must live in Oregon or SW Washington and be able to come to the office as needed. The Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency and accuracy of reconciling accounts receivable balances through payment posting, credit and refunds oversight, and daily/weekly/monthly auditing. The ideal candidate will be able to support all revenue generating departments on cash related issues, serve as a subject matter expert, complete daily and monthly reconciliation process, coordinate cash service communication as well as perform month end tasks involving reconciliation of documents for finance. 

Workdays will be Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. 40 hours a week.

Starting pay range, based on experience: $31.93 - $43.19 per hour.

Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field required, experience may substitute.
  • 4 year’s relevant experience, healthcare accounting and finance experience highly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with windows-based software, including but not limited to the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced abilities in problem management, as well as process and root cause analyses.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, time management, customer service, and verbal & written communication skills.
  • Interviewing/listening skills required to enable talking with individuals and groups about current processes and issues to ask the right questions to yield essential information that will be used to evaluate processes and determine potential solutions.
  • Advanced presentation skills with proficiency in interacting with senior management and physician leadership.
