We are seeking a versatile and experienced Painter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in painting as well as proficiency in various other trades including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and light general construction. This role requires a dependable and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to complete a variety of maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior painting and finishing work, including surface preparation and application of paint, varnish, stains, and other finishes.
• Participate in light general construction tasks, including drywall installation, and repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring all work is performed to the highest safety standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a professional painter
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and procedures
