We are a professional and agile team of skilled baristas.

The Outpost is looking to hire Baristas to join our team full time or Part time. We are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our guests.

Though we do train new team members ourselves and we may make exceptions, we are primarily looking for individuals with kitchen, barista, or bartending experience.

Position Summary:
Our Baristas are responsible for providing an accurate and full set of coffee and tea services to our guests in our beautiful coffee shop. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly workspace, following all health and safety standards, and following proper work instructions. They must be competent and versatile, adept at multiple roles, often at the same time.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior barista experience required.
• Must be able to work with all types of beverages including but not limited to coffee, tea, alcohol, and hot chocolate.
• Must be able to follow all health and safety standards including wearing a mask when necessary.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, lift/carry up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical tasks necessary for the role

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 34 per week
