Salesforce Administrator – Bellevue, WA Hybrid or US Remote

The Salesforce Administrator will serve as primary system administrator for TPFG’s Salesforce platform, provide Salesforce support to internal end-users, and use Salesforce expertise to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and ensure data integrity. The position reports to the Business Applications Manager and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to configure, maintain, and improve TPFG’s Salesforce system. This position can be worked remotely within the United States, or can be hybrid from our Bellevue, WA office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily administration and support of Sales Cloud (Lightning) including but not limited to user management, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflow rules, email templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning Pages, Custom Settings, Managed Packages.
  • Managing and ensuring data integrity within Salesforce by importing, exporting, and updating records as needed. This includes data cleansing and deduplication. Implement rules and automation as needed.
  • Provide day-to-day technical and operational support of the Salesforce application for internal users.
  • Support marketing team with configuration and design of Pardot Marketing tool.
  • Manage and maintain integrations with third-party applications and tools.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and help inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate with other teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) as needed to ensure seamless integration and data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
  • Provide training and support to new users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce.
  • Help create, maintain, and improve knowledge base and training materials for users.
  • Focus on user efficiencies, solve business/customer issues and invent creative solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with user groups to encourage system and process adoption and ensure proper system use.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to ensure the platform is leveraging the latest features and functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce administration, preferred within financial services or operations environment.
  • Proven experience in all Salesforce’s features, including native and custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, apps, custom settings, Flow, user management, profiles/permission sets, visibility, formula fields, workflow rules, and process automation.
  • Experience with data management and quality control, including data imports, exports, and data hygiene.
  • Working knowledge of the Pardot marketing automation tool.
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
  • High attention to detail with superior problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including strong Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Technical writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Familiarity with basic Salesforce development concepts (Apex, Visualforce)
  • Tableau data visualization and data analytics experience
  • Experience in project management
  • General understanding of financial services regulatory rules and compliance procedures
  • Broad knowledge of the systems and business processes within Investment Management
