Your RoleAs a Brand Ambassador based in North Carolina, you will be the public face of The Pack Labs, actively engaging with wellness retailers, head shops, vape shops, and convenience stores. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand presence and educating both retailers and consumers about the unique benefits of our products. This position is primarily remote with travel to client sites to represent the brands, as well as trade shows.
Responsibilities

• Conduct dynamic in-store demonstrations and presentations to educate retail staff and consumers about The Pack Labs' products, emphasizing their unique benefits and our brand values.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with key retail partners, becoming the recognizable face of our brand as you enhance sales opportunities and client satisfaction.
• Initiate outreach efforts, including conducting targeted cold calls to potential retail partners, to introduce our product line and secure new marketing opportunities.
• Represent The Pack Labs at industry events and local activations, boosting brand visibility and fostering community engagement.
• Gather market intelligence through customer interactions and feedback, providing insights to the marketing and product development teams.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that align with brand goals and increase market share, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer engagement and product promotion.

Requirements

• Ability to travel extensively within North Carolina and occasionally beyond, including setting up and breaking down promotional events.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and office productivity tools to manage relationships and track engagement activities.
• Physical ability to manage promotional setups and product demonstrations.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• At least 21 years of age with some college education preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $45,000 - $60,000, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $54,000 - $75,000.
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, plus paid time off and a 401(k) plan.
