The Pack Labs is Hiring a Remote Outside Sales Executive - Remote

What You'll Do

  • Create your own sales, from prospecting for leads within assigned territories to closing and establishing new accounts for The Pack Labs.
  • Call on current and prospective customers within assigned territory, effectively presenting The Pack Labs portfolio of products.
  • Manage time in home office to call on current and prospective customers, input orders, plan
  • Prospect for leads using all available tools including Hubspot CRM, Google, and shared lists.
  • Convert inbound marketing leads into new accounts for the company by calling and presenting our products to prospective customers.
  • Own monthly/ quarterly revenue targets, new accounts quotas, and all other sales KPIs.
  • Maintain timely communication with Sales leadership across all supported channels.
  • Manage sales reporting obligations on day-to-day sales activities and results in a timely manner, to include sales updates, pricing surveys, etc. as required by The Pack Labs.
  • Work closely with leadership to maximize sales results through effectively pre-planning and executing daily, weekly, and monthly objectives. developing a sound knowledge of the products and a working knowledge of competitive products.
  • Execute promotional programs and activities with key partners, working closely with in-field Brand Ambassadors to achieve market targets.
  • Manage sales forecasts and budgets to achieve goals & deliver profitable growth.
  • Work closely with The Pack Labs marketing and fulfillment teams in supporting accounts in all customer service & support functions.
  • Travel overnight as needed to local trade shows on behalf of the Pack Labs.
  • Work with your account base to plan and execute in-store consumer demos and B2B distributor showcases.
  • Train distributor personnel & work closely with their teams to maximize sales.

Position Requirements

  • 3 years of outside sales experience required
  • Experience in hemp, cannabis, vape, beverage, or other consumer product required
  • Some additional inside sales preferred
  • Experience selling into smoke shops, distributors, convenience stores preferred
  • Passionate about sales, relationship building, and business development
  • Proven history of working with wholesalers, distributors and retail customers
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or MS Office
  • CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce) experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid organizational and time management abilities, along with the ability to act independently
  • Ability to travel to and within territories as assigned. Occasional travel outside the assigned territory will be required
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance and a clean driving record.
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Proven ability to be successful in a less traditional or less hierarchical environment.
  • Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers
  • Ability to set up/break down events independently and comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs

Compensation Benefits

    • First year OTE $90-$125k
