We are a growing MEP Company, looking to bring on an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone with 10 years of experience, with experience working for an engineering firm or a mechanical contractor.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience
• Previous experience working for an engineering firm or a mechanical contractor
• Previous experience with estimating and overseeing designers
• Strong knowledge of construction principles, methods, and materials
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of MEP projects from inception through completion
• Develop project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Gather and review bids from vendors, contractors, and consultants
• Negotiate and approve contracts
• Establish and manage project timelines
