The Park at Foxborough is looking for an overnight full time and part time overnight desk clerk YEAR ROUND. The hours are from 9pm -8 am. Must be available for weekends and holidays.

Job Functions

• Manage front desk operations and handle guest arrivals and departures
• Identify, analyze, and resolve customer complaints or disputes and prevent reoccurrences.
• Provide feedback to managers regarding policies and procedures and coordinate services with maintenance and housekeeping.
• Possess strong knowledge and ability to operate hotel computer systems.
• Generate reports daily.
• Perform Night Audit (only consists of printing and filing reports)
• Clear check outs and oversee room status.
• Responsible for cash handling.
• Secure & Patrol Property
• Perform all front desk clerk duties as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Specifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred 1 years hotel front desk experience or 1 year in a guest service position.
• 10-key and cashier experience a plus.
• Must have basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must present a polished, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
• Able to work flexible shifts as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
