Key Responsibilities:System Management:** Manage and optimize HRIS systems and data solutions to meet organizational goals and enhance data integrity.
Project Leadership:** Plan, execute, and drive the implementation of new features and functionality within HRIS systems.
User Support:** Provide timely support and training for end users, ensuring effective utilization of HRIS tools.
Team Coordination:** Lead and coordinate the HRIS team to meet service delivery requirements and project goals.
Data Analysis:** Develop reporting and analysis tools to support HR data management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Certifications:** SPHR/equivalent and project management certification preferred.
Experience:** 5 years in HR systems administration, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
Skills:** Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes, project management, and customer service.
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19The applicable salary range is aligned to one of 5 zones according to a cost of labor index for the geographic location of the role. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include related experience, education and training, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is set forth below. Ranges may be modified in the future.
Zone 1: $135,000 - $155,000
This job is also eligible for participation in an Incentive Plan with a target payout based on eligible compensation and corporate/individual performance goal attainment.
Annual Incentive Opportunity: 10% of eligible compensation
