Montessori Certified Preschool Teacher
This position may start as an assistant teacher 2024-2025, to be a lead teacher 2025-2026 school year based on the candidate's experience.
The position starts in September 2024.

Requirements:

• AMS/AMI Montessori Certification for ages 2.5-6

• At least 1 year of experience working in a Montessori classroom.

• A love of working with children is a must.

• Patience, caring, and kindness are required traits.

• BA/BS in Early Childhood Education preferred or in a related field with at least 6 credits in Early Childhood Education plus experience working with preschool children.

• CPR/First Aid certification.

• Able to lift a child approximately 40 lbs several times a day if needed.

• Physical ability to sit on the floor with children when needed.

Job Type: Full-time, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Pay is based on experience and education.
