**Job Title: Lead Host/Hostess**

**Duties:**

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant

- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

- Assist with seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space

- Manage waitlist and reservations using OpenTable, Resy, or similar software

- Answer phone calls and provide information about restaurant services

- Take and relay messages for restaurant staff

- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station

- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall dining experience

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
