Our agency is growing, and we are currently seeking a licensed and experienced Benefits Counselor to join our expanding team.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Communicate employee benefit options during open enrollment, as well as subsequent enrollment periods.
- Enroll Employees in their annual benefit selections
- Gain extensive knowledge of group and individual worksite benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with team members, in addition to our local clients.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Proficient in worksite benefit products.
- Strong understanding of benefit administration platforms, or enrollment software.
- Life and Health Insurance License Required
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
