Director of Business Development for Dental Labs/Strategic Accounts - South US The Director of Business Development for Dental Labs/Strategic Accounts will be responsible for driving sales strategies, being an instrumental member of the North American sales team, expanding market presence and fostering key client relationships to solidify the company's position as a leader in the industry. Strategic vision and hunger for success will be crucial in adapting to market changes and identifying new opportunities for business development and growth. This Account Manager will be responsible responsible for the definition and delivery of commercial strategies that will drive sales within the given territory in the dental labs and enterprise arena through winning of new contracts, key account management, and and services initiatives with OEM private label end-to-end services. The successful candidate will possess: •Strong background in sales and business development in the orthodontic or dental technology field.•Strong understanding of the dental market within lab accounts and a strong network with access to decision-makers•Ability to influence and provoke customers' ways of thinking•A clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach•Strong organizational/project management skills•A high level of IT knowledge and a high appreciation for new technology•The ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers•Ability to manage conversations and challenge C-Suite level individuals•Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment Base City: Any major city near an airport Base State: AZ, CA, TX Geography Covered: Southwest, Southeast Travel Requirements: 50% Relocation: Must live in territory Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Currently must have deep contacts in the Dental Labs space
Currently must be selling in the dental space
Entrepreneurial mindset
Strongly prefer candidates with orthodontic knowledge/experience
Eagerness to work with a techy young start-up and flexibility to change course on a dim
We ARE seeking candidates with title such as Lab Sales Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager, National Account Manager, Special Markets Manager, Corporate Account Manager, Enterprise Account Manager, etc. Base Salary: $100,000.00 TO $120,000.00 Total Comp @ Plan: $175,000.00 TO $195,000.00 Compensation: $ 100K-$120K base and total compensation at plan of $175K-$195K uncapped, plus equity. Car Allowance: Yes (mileage reimbursement)
