The Phillip Charles Group is Hiring a Commercial Lines Account Manager Near Macomb, MI

Our client, a full-service insurance agency in Macomb County is hiring a Commercial Lines Account Manager to assist their rapidly expanding organization. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing an assigned book of Commercial Lines accounts.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

The salary range is between range is $55,000 - $85,000 depending on experience.

The schedule is Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch. Hybrid schedule after training period.

Commercial Lines Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and service requests.
  • Work with Producer to remarket renewals.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and carriers.
  • Process endorsements, cancellations, and other policy transactions.
  • Review coverages, suggest improvements and round accounts.

Commercial Lines Account Manager Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing and servicing Commercial Lines clients.
  • Current P&C license
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for the industry and excited to learn more!
