In short, You will:
- Collaborate with managers across departments to understand their business insights needs, including metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and report generation.
- Define and monitor KPIs, conduct deep data analysis to uncover opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to drive business success.
- Develop, implement, and maintain impactful dashboards, reports, and metrics, ensuring data integrity and validity.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to key stakeholders across the company.
- Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Work closely with operations, data, R&D, finance, and other teams within the organization.
It would be great if you have:
- 6 years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst, specializing in quantitative and statistical analysis.
- Extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc.
- Strong business acumen and proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proven expertise in A/B testing methodology with a track record of impactful testing outcomes.
- Ability to translate complex quantitative analyses into clear, precise, and visually appealing insights to support decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills, quick learning ability, and a proactive approach to project completion.
It would be AMAZING if you have:
- Background in a high-tech company environment.
- Experience in the ad-tech industry with a focus on monetization optimization.
- Knowledge of Python for data analysis and manipulation.
- Familiarity with big data tools such as BigQuery, Athena, etc.
