Our client is seeking a Legal Word Processor to support their Naples, Florida office!

• Support for Legal Secretary Personnel
• Establish Client Binders for finalized trust and estate paperwork
• Generate necessary documents
• Craft, amend, and complete wills, trusts, and other related legal documents and correspondence
• Handle email attachments as instructed
• Organize document formatting and scanning
• Copy and prepare correspondence for dispatch (e.g., Certified Mail with Return Receipt, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Maintain desk files and ensure prompt filing of client documents
• Act as a witness during client signings
• Provide assistance as a backup for Receptionist duties when required
