Our client, a well-established global law firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team in the San Diego office!

Responsibilities:

• Support all stages of a case, from initiation to trial or settlement.
• Aid in the collection, review, and production of documents.
• Manage case documents, including organization, review, and production.
• Work with the firm’s eDiscovery Resource Management team to handle document databases and oversee electronic discovery processes.
• Assist in preparing court filings by checking citations and facts in legal briefs, ensuring Bluebook citation compliance, proofreading, and compiling exhibits and appendices.
• Support depositions by preparing witness files, exhibits, notices, subpoenas, and summaries.
• Conduct factual or legal research, examine public records, monitor legislative and administrative activities, locate witnesses, and trace documents and other evidence.
• Help with trial preparation and logistics, including organizing witness files, managing exhibits, setting up the trial space, and attending the trial as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2 to 5 years relevant experience in practice area or comparable work experience preferred.
