Job Description:

• Responsible for ensuring the robustness of regression testing methods, scripts, operational tracking, and issue resolution for critical applications deployed across the firm.
• Lead the design, implementation, integration, deployment, and ongoing support of new Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) desktop and server applications tailored for business needs.
• Ensure seamless testing, implementation, and transition to a stable production environment.
• Serve as a technical analyst with expertise in orchestrating complex, multi-phase server application integration and implementation projects, collaborating across departments and managing diverse resources.
• Develop comprehensive engineering specifications and documentation as required.
• Effectively communicate project status and essential business insights to both senior management and internal stakeholders.
• Provide advanced, third-level escalation support for the department's software service catalog.
• Act as the primary System Engineer for business-facing desktop and server applications, including the seamless handover of responsibilities to Desktop Engineers.
• Uphold and implement industry best practices through a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology encompassing software design, development, testing, and deployment on server applications.

Experience:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or possess relevant business experience.
• Previous exposure to iManage or similar Document Management Systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the Intapp product suite is a plus.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency across:
• Current Microsoft operating systems
• Windows configuration, analysis, and engineering
• Network connectivity and analysis
• Software configuration, analysis, and implementation
• Microsoft Office desktop environment administration, architecture, suite dependencies, features, and operational support
• Document Management application methods, including third-party integrations
• SQL database environments, with basic knowledge of SQL syntax, queries, and database structures
• Legal Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications
• Ability to define project scopes and objectives based on business requirements.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt seamlessly to shifting demands.
• Strong service orientation and adeptness in cultivating and maintaining productive relationships with peers, management, system users, and other departmental stakeholders.
