Duties: - Contact customers to discuss overdue payments and negotiate payment plans - Perform Account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of accounts - Demonstrate professional Phone etiquette when communicating with customers - Conduct Account analysis to assess payment patterns and trends - Provide exceptional Customer service while assisting consumers with payment arrangements - Specialize in Debt collection practices to effectively recover outstanding balances - Collaborate with internal teams, including Clients, to resolve disputes Requirements: - Proven experience as a Collection Agent or similar role - Strong ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively - Excellent communication skills and Phone etiquette - Exceptional Customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Experience in Commercial Collections is a plus -Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Web-based platforms -Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus Join our team as a Collection Agent and contribute to our mission of financial health for our organization while providing excellent service to our customers.
