Our Virginia Beach location is looking to pay a licensed financial advisor, a salary plus 10% commission, to work existing accounts totaling $28 Million. An ideal candidate would be fully licensed (Series 6/63/65 or 7/66 with Life and Health License), have 2-4 years of experience in the financial planning industry, and have an existing market. This role has full benefits, including medical, dental, 401k, Profit sharing, and Cash Balance Pension Plan (all retirement contributions = 12% if the employee puts in 5%). $50,000 Base Salary Commission

• Assist an experienced financial advisor tend to accounts that aren't being contacted
• You will tend to these accounts and proliferate new business from 1311 households with a total of $27,727,560 of account under $50,000
• In addition to a base salary, you will be paid 10% of commission on any new business that is generated from these household accounts

• Life and Health License, Series 6/63/65 or 7/66
• You must have a market and some success closing new business
• Must have 2-4 years in the business
