Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Part-Time Creative Assistant (5hrs a week). The ideal candidate will assist in the creation of marketing assets and contribute creatively to various projects.

We have an increasing need for Digital Asset creation, Video editing, and Physical Marketing assets on a weekly basis and would love to bring on an Assistant who can own the aesthetic of our brand and create marketing materials for us to leverage. We do not require extensive professional experience just a strong understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to work effectively on your own time.

Each week we'll meet for 30 mins and allocate creative projects for you to execute that same week. Projects will vary week to week and will involve taking the existing brand and designing something in the same format i.e. we're about to launch a Direct Mail campaign and need our website to be translated to a Postcard Direct Mail handout.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and design of marketing materials including social media graphics, blog visuals, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
• Support the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns.
• Help maintain and organize digital content libraries.
• Participate in creative meetings and contribute fresh ideas.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Strong creative and visual thinking skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Passion for Pilates/fitness is a plus!
