Rapidly growing and highly dynamic SaaS company, specializing in cloud-based data integration and analytics software, is hiring a Senior HR Generalist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Handle conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee issues.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans. Work with managers to ensure consistent and fair evaluations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Update and implement HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Support career pathing and succession planning initiatives.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Assist in the administration of compensation programs and benefits plans. Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Culture and Engagement: Promote a positive company culture through employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communications.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday) and MS Office Suite.
  • Certifications: PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification a plus
