Warehouse and Inventory Management:

Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, equipment maintenance, and logistics coordination.

Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and organization of event-related materials, equipment, and supplies.

Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock levels to meet event requirements and minimize waste.

Coordinate logistics for equipment transportation, ensuring timely delivery and pickup, and maintaining accurate records.

Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring proper handling and storage of equipment.

Team Coordination:

Provide guidance and support to event staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
