The Sales Receptionist is responsible for handling the flow of people through business and providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

• Responsible for welcoming customers with a warm and sincere greeting
• Ensures excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfaction
• Answers phone call in a professional and courteous manner
• Transfers phone calls or take written messages when needed personnel not available
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc)
• Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
• Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
• Shares cashier responsibilities and processes as required
• Follows company safety procedures and policies
