JOB SUMMARY

General duties for an airport cleaner include, maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the worksite. Communicate with coworkers and supervision to provide the best possible service to our client and passengers

POSITION REQUIREMENTS – ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Report to and follow the directions of building supervision. Relieve, assist, or fill in temporarily on other jobs assigned by the supervisor
• In Restrooms - clean and sanitize all surfaces including stall walls and doors. Clean and sanitize all sinks and toilets. Clean mirrors. Sweep and mop floors. Remove trash and replace bags. Restock all paper products and soap.
• Offices and cubicles – empty trash containers and replace bags. Dust all horizontal surfaces. High and low dust to account specifications. Do not move or disturb anything on desks or credenzas. Vacuum carpeted floors as you leave an office or cubicle.
• Hallways and passenger areas – empty all trash containers and replace bags. Spot clean doors and walls as needed. Dust all flat surfaces. Vacuum all carpeted floors or dust mop and damp mop all hard floor surfaces.
• Immediately report all accidents, incidents, damages and client concerns to your supervisor.
• Clean all tools, supplies, and equipment after each use and store in their proper place.
• Ensure facilities are clean projecting a positive image of the Company.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug test.
• High school Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking and kneeling
• Ability to lift up to 5 to 10 pounds on a regular basis
