**LOCATION:** Stoughton, WI The QTI Group is assisting our client, a well-established and family-owned and operated manufacturer in Stoughton, who is seeking to hire multiple **Assemblers** to join their team! The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual who is reliable and will demonstrate good attendance! **DIRECT HIRE** openings on **1st and 2nd shift**! Great **4-day work-week** plus overtime! Pay starts at $18.00/hour with a $2.00/hour premium for 2nd shift! **Summary:**

1st shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 am - 4:00 pm 2nd shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 pm - 3:00 am **overtime on Fridays as needed

**Responsibilities:**

* Operate various tools to assemble trailers; including but not limited to, hand drill, hammer, needle gun, caulk gun, chisel, disk sander, rivet gun, etc.

* Position and fasten parts together with bolts, screws, rivets or other fasteners

* Prepare metal surfaces and clean trailer components with solvents

* Caulk all required trailer seams and joints

* Perform measurement layouts per blueprints

* Operate overhead cranes

**Qualifications:**

* Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred

* Must be able to frequently lift up to 10 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. occasionally

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and work performance

* Must be able to read and understand blueprints, tape measures and company documents for work area

* Basic math skills required, especially fractions

* Ability to operate computerized automated equipment

* Able to climb and balance on ladders and scaffolding

* Ability to work mandatory overtime
