An industry leader in drive technology is seeking Repair Technicians. During the repair process, the technician will receive units that need troubleshooting to get them back into working order.

It will be a hands-on position where you will disassemble units to identify and resolve problems. This role could be ideal for someone mechanically inclined and who enjoys problem-solving! Full benefits are offered. Apply today!

Pay : $22.80 / hour

Hours : 2nd shift M-T, 3 : 00 pm 1 : 30 am

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot problems on failed units.
• Work safely and follow all safety rules and policies.
• Disassemble and evaluate failed units.
• Ensure paperwork matches units.
• Receive product into SAP / RGA system.
• Disassemble units returned for stock.
• Rebuild paperwork write-up.
• Assist the production team.
• Scrap and stage product.
• Follow and use JI’s / SRDs
• Be an active participant in the company’s suggestion, quality, efficiency, and cost savings programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical experience preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge. Ability to learn and perform basic troubleshooting and gearbox analysis. Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-12 hours per day.
