Position Requirements
• At least, 2-years of bartending experience in a casual fine dining environment
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage with a strong ability to service, educate and sell
• Strong ability to anticipate needs and consistently provide exceptional customer service
• Passionate about flavor profiles and food pairings
• Knowledge of POS system (Toast)
• Knowledge of wine, spirits history, and classic cocktails preferred
• Ability to attend pre-shift meetings, monthly training workshops and regular communication meetings
