Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paid Social Specialist located in West Palm Beach, FL. As a Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid social media advertising campaigns for our clients. Your primary goal will be to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness through targeted and optimized paid social strategies. You will start with Meta Ads first and then move on to other platforms. You'll work closely with our clients or team members to understand objectives and develop tailored campaigns to meet their needs. Additionally, you'll be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions, and providing regular reports to clients.

Ideal but not Required

• Proven experience in planning and executing successful paid social media campaigns
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and act on campaign performance data
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
• Proficiency in using ad management platforms and social media advertising tools
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
