Looking to hire Bilingual Leasing Consultant.

Duties assisting the Community Manager with the following but not limited too:

• Entering and closing work orders
• First point of contact for all prospects and residents
• Check vacant units to ensure readiness for tours
• Upkeep in the model unit as well as the pathway to the model unit
• Perform duty of showing, accepting application and completing the lease process for current and future available units.
• Ensure all applications are completed accurately and processed according to the guidelines in the section Applications/Leases/Move-ins.
• Submit all lease and applications to Property Manager immediately upon completion with appropriate deposit dollars.

**Leasing schedule; Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm and Saturday 10 am - 5 pm. You will be able to choose a day off from the weekday. Are required to work Saturdays**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
