We are currently hiring motivated individuals in our Clothing Sorter position. We want someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and upholding the standards of a high-end thrift store! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a great retail experience for our customers.
• Work with others to sort, price, and rack incoming clothing donations.
• Learn our clothing tagging system and floor layout.
• Assist in our clothing recycling procedures and baling.
• Comply with established standards and policies of The Ranch Community Store's management.

KEY PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

• The ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand on concrete floors for extended hours with strenuous demands at times.

• Flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the work environment, including willingness to move from one job role to another at the direction of management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum of six months retail experience in a service-oriented business (Preferred)
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
• Basic math skills
