The Ranch Community Store is looking for an experienced and dedicated Retail Floor Supervisor. The Retail Floor Supervisor strategically oversees the scheduling of our donation pickups, assesses inventory, oversees customer service, and merchandising. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Hands on approach to operational oversight of the retail floor, including merchandising and customer service.

Oversees the scheduling of the box truck and drivers for customer donation pickups.

· Establish and maintain designated work areas and arrange as needed; always ensure a clean, orderly, and safe environment..

· Communicate with all store departments with an emphasis on coordination and collaboration to meet the needs of the sales floor.

· Work with store leadership to ensure adequate staffing, including the onboarding of new warehouse employees.

· Employee training and development, including system-wide communication, cultural alignment, team building, and guidance.

· Communicate performance expectations and best practices, provide coaching, utilize existing performance management tools to fully engage employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1-year experience working in a warehouse position

Minimum of 1-year experience leading and directing others in a retail setting

Valid WV Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
