The Ranch Community Store is looking for an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor strategically oversees Warehouse Associates and all the functions of a working warehouse, including the movement of incoming donations to their respective production areas and the management of inventory for use by the store. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Hands on approach to operational oversight of the warehouse area, including donation processing, pricing and tagging, and merchandising,

· Establish and maintain designated work areas and arrange as needed; always ensure a clean, orderly, and safe environment..

· Communicate with all store departments with an emphasis on coordination and collaboration to meet the needs of the sales floor.

· Work with store leadership to ensure adequate staffing, including the onboarding of new warehouse employees.

· Employee training and development, including system-wide communication, cultural alignment, team building, and guidance.

· Communicate performance expectations and best practices, provide coaching, utilize existing performance management tools to fully engage employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1-year experience working in a warehouse position

Minimum of 1-year experience leading and directing others
Ability to obtain Forklift certification
Valid WV Driver’s License

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
Ability to push and pull up to 75 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Type: Full-time
