Position Summary: The REACH Administrative Assistant/Coordinator (AA) plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of REACH’s administrative functions and various programs. This part-time position provides essential administrative support to the Director of Operations, Strategy and Business Development (DoO) and the REACH Leadership Team. The AA will handle general office administration, assist in program and fundraising logistics, and support REACH’s day-to-day activities. The role also involves assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and data management, while contributing to the overall efficiency of REACH’s operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in office administration, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to work effectively with a diverse range of community members. The AA must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. This position reports to the DoO and requires someone who is dedicated to supporting REACH’s mission and contributing to its success.

Salary Range- $15-$17/hour, part-time (20-30 hours per week), with potential for full-time
Work Location(s) – This position will include a combination of the following work locations:
· REACH Administrative Offices: Canterbury Episcopal Student Center, 902 George Bush Drive, College Station, 77840
· Remote work (work from home).
