About The Role We are seeking a highly resourceful and efficient Talent Sourcer based in Phoenix, AZ to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process by employing diverse channels to actively seek potential candidates, engage with passive candidates, and cultivate talent pipelines for a variety of roles across our company. What You Get To Do Every Day - Work closely with lead recruiters to understand the specific needs of each role and ensure alignment in candidate profile and sourcing strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods and techniques to identify top talent for open positions, including job boards, social media, professional networks, our applicant tracking system, CRM (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Phenom, Boolean search, x-ray search)
- Build rapport with potential candidates to gauge interest and availability for qualifying positions, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to enhance sourcing strategies
- Promote The RealReal brand values and culture with potential candidates online and offline by tailoring communications to resonate with various candidate profiles based on their goals and preferences
- Maintain and update our ATS and CRM with relevant information, including contact details, resume, and interview notes
- Provide assistance to and coverage for our high-volume warehouse operations recruiting events in our Phoenix, AZ authentication center from time to time as business needs dictate
What You Bring To The Role Minimum Requirements: - 1-2 years of prior experience in a recruitment or sourcing role
- Strong research skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and G-Suite
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and collaborate effectively with team members
Preferred Requirements: - Prior experience with High-Volume recruiting preferred
- Prior experience in recruiting for sales, retail and warehouse operations roles a plus
- Prior experience developing and implementing strategies specifically aimed at increasing diversity within talent pools and ensuring equitable recruitment practices

The expected salary range for this role is $55,000.00-$60,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
