The Red Lion Agency is seeking to hire a Junior Systems Administrator with experience working in CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Active Campaign and Email Software such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Set up 3rd party connections to CRMs
- Customize Objects and Properties (fields)
- Simple CRM automations
- Perform simple CMS tasks (such as setting up landing pages)
- Connect social media accounts to CRM
- Set up, Grant, and Revoke privileges to Users
- Work on Desktop and Mobile Phone OS
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- CRM Certification in Software Tools (Will allow for training in other CRMs)
- Systems Administration Certifications
- Excellent Written and Verbal Skills
- Knowledge of Marketing and Sales Vernacular and Processes
