TRG is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide support to the Department of the Treasury (TREAS) Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP).

This position is currently hybrid. Work may be performed at the customer facility in Washington DC at The District of Columbia Facility located at 14th and C Street SW, Washington, DC, 20228 or at the Western Currency Facility (WCF) located at 9000 Blue Mount Road, Fort Worth Texas, 76131 or remotely.

This position is Contingent upon Contract Award.

U.S. citizenship and successful background check is required.

Core hours for DC location are 7:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.

Core hours for Texas location are 6:00 am - 4:00 pm CST.

50 percent of scheduled hours are performed on-site, and 50 percent are performed through telework.

The Program Manager is full-time during the base period and part-time

during the option periods.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day activities and works closely with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction, financial and schedule performance, and risk/opportunity management.
• Provide the centralized planning, direction, and control required to meet the cost, schedule, and performance goals throughout the lifecycle of the RIM program.
• Lead all meetings and the integrated project team (kick-off through project closure).

Experience and Technical Qualifications:

• Experience managing a program with subcontractor business content.
• Proficient with developing program/project plans specifying goals, staffing, scheduling, risk identification, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources.
• Experience throughout the program lifecycle from development through sustainment, including equipment proposal purchase development, requirements decomposition, generation of system and subsystem statements of work and subcontracts, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts, including implementation of cost reduction and performance improvement efforts.
• At least 15 years of experience managing contracts focusing on program optimization is required.
