Position: Personal Travel Professional As the first point of contact at our Reservation Services Department, you'll embark on a journey to create an unparalleled luxury experience for our esteemed guests. From crafting bespoke inquiries related to cruises, air travel, The Shore Collection, pre- and post-hotels, to orchestrating seamless transfers and private jets, you will personify the epitome of refined service. This is a consumer sales position eligible for sales incentives.
Key Responsibilities: - Champion of Guest Service: Cultivate enduring relationships through outbound calls, email, and webchat, transforming guests into lifelong advocates of the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.
- Elevate Experiences: Facilitate final payments and introduce additional offerings such as The Ritz-Carlton Spa, The Shore Collection, Air, hotels, and exclusive Bonvoy benefits.
- Proactive Engagement: Efficiently process leads, aligning with company Service Level Agreements to ensure every guest's journey is seamless and delightful.
- Intuitive Service: Anticipate and exceed guest expectations, offering a personalized touch at every stage of the reservation process.
- Steward of Knowledge: Deepen your understanding of the luxury cruise industry and our offerings, providing expert recommendations tailored to each guest's desires.

Qualifications: Education: Minimum 2-year college degree or equivalent experience
Skills & Experience - 2 years of Customer Service and Sales experience, preferably within the luxury cruise sector
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Goal-oriented, surpassing set Key Performance Indicators
- Proficiency in reservation systems and policies
- Eagerness to master all facets of our product offerings, from land to air, hotel to shore excursions
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
Work Hours: - Full-time (40-hour work week)
- Shift-based with flexibility for some weekends, public holidays, and evenings
