Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Develop candidate sourcing lists for outreach
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Work and collaborate with sales team
• Conduct workshops for students, athletes, veterans, and all job seekers.
• Created and and maintain datasets via sheets/excel
• Sourcing on various platforms: LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
• Develop outreach templates
• Maintain ATS system with up to date documentation
• Create social media content and manage social media channels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Sales experience
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
• Strong LinkedIn network
